📢 Private Mode Notice — as of July 2026
Aumsetu has transitioned to a private, informational mode. New signups are no longer being accepted. Accounts of existing partners who joined during the earlier open phase have been safely deactivated. No payments were collected from these users, and no dues are owed by anyone in either direction. The refund policy below remains available for the historical record and for any future re-activation of paid tiers.

We believe in standing behind our product. If Aumsetu doesn't work for you, you have clear options. Read this policy carefully and reach out if anything is unclear.
1. 3-Month Free Trial — no charge, no refund needed
💚 During your 3-month free trial:
- No payment is collected up front. Nothing to refund.
- Cancel any time during the trial with one email — you will never be charged.
- You keep exported PDFs you have already generated.
- Your branded suite URL is disabled after cancellation; data retention follows the Privacy Policy.
2. Refund eligibility after your first paid year begins

3. What's never refundable
⚠ The following are NOT eligible for refund:
- Customer who violated Terms of Service (misrepresentation, fraud, prohibited uses)
- Customer banned for misuse of branded suite (sharing PIN publicly, resale of Service to third parties, etc.)
- Renewal payments (7-day no-questions-asked applies to each renewal too; after that pro-rata as above)
- Free public tier users (no payment collected, no refund applicable)
- Custom / enterprise deals where a separate written agreement governs refund terms
4. How to request a refund
- Email info@aumsetu.com with subject "Refund Request" — include:
- Your firm name
- Registered email + mobile
- Payment date and amount
- Reason for refund (optional but helpful for our improvement)
- We will respond within 3 business days with eligibility decision
- If approved, refund initiated within 7 working days via the same method as payment (UPI/NEFT)
- Bank may take additional 3–5 days to credit
5. Cancellation (without refund)
You can cancel anytime — no need to give reasons:
- Email info@aumsetu.com with "Cancel" in subject
- Or simply do not renew at end of subscription period
- Your suite remains active until the current paid period ends
- After expiry, your branded URL will show an expired message after a 14-day grace period
- Data retained per Privacy Policy for 12 months in case you return
6. Service disruption credits
If Aumsetu.com is down for more than 24 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance), we will offer a pro-rata credit toward your next renewal automatically. No refund request needed.
"Down" means: aumsetu.com homepage, customer suites, or portal completely inaccessible. Slowness, minor bugs, or third-party (Supabase/Vercel) issues outside our control do not qualify.
7. Renewal & price changes
- Renewal is manual, not auto-charged. We send reminders 30/15/7 days before expiry via WhatsApp and email.
- Continuous renewal (before expiry) locks your rate at the price you first paid, protected against future price increases for as long as you renew continuously.
- Lapse the renewal > 30 days → you may be required to pay the then-current price (no automatic legacy-rate restoration).
- Major price changes (above 25%) — we will give 90 days advance notice and grandfather existing customers for at least 12 more months at their existing rate.
8. Disputes
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:
- Reply to our decision email with a written objection within 14 days
- We will review with senior management and respond within 7 business days
- If still unresolved, escalate to mediation/arbitration as per Terms Section 16
